Information we use
We process claim contact details, vehicle information, incident location, photographs, invoices and other evidence you choose to provide so we can save your work and prepare the requested claim pack.
Service providers
Hosted storage and databases process claim data; Stripe processes payment information; mapping and transactional-email providers may process the minimum information needed to provide their function. Exact processors will be listed before launch.
Retention and control
Proposed retention is 30 days for abandoned unpaid drafts and at least 12 months of access for paid packs, subject to final review. The production service will provide deletion and export workflows and retain only records required for accounting, security or fraud prevention.
Your rights
UK data-protection law provides rights over personal information. Production contact details and request procedures will be published before commercial launch.
