Essential browser storage

The claim builder uses localStorage to keep a copy of your unfinished claim on the device so it can survive an accidental refresh or loss of signal. It may contain the claim details you enter, but uploaded file contents are stored in private server storage rather than in localStorage. This storage is necessary to provide the save-and-return feature you request.

Cookie-notice preference

When you dismiss the cookie notice, we set pcuk_cookie_notice for up to 12 months. Its only purpose is to remember that you have seen the notice.

Stripe Checkout

If you choose to pay, you leave this site for Stripe's secure hosted Checkout. Stripe may use strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention, security and payment completion under its own cookie and privacy information. We do not load Stripe tracking on pages before checkout.

No advertising or cross-site tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels or cross-site behavioural profiles. We count a short list of actions such as a claim start or completed purchase only in aggregate, without placing an analytics cookie or storing a device identifier.

You can remove the local claim copy through your browser's site-data settings or the “Delete saved claim” control in the claim builder. Last updated: 14 August 2026.
